Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets three days with the whole product unlocked — export and import costing, the Compliance Map, document generation and the BRC tracker — plus 10 AI actions. No card is required and there is nothing to cancel. When the three days end you drop automatically to the free plan, which keeps HS classification and live exchange rates, and your saved work stays where it is.

What counts as an AI action?

One HS classification or one Trade Compliance Map lookup uses one AI action. The costing calculators, clearance builder, document generator and BRC tracker consume none, because they run no AI. A repeat of a lookup you have already done is served from cache and is free.

Do unused actions carry over?

Plan actions reset on the first of each month. Purchased top-ups never expire and are used only once the monthly allowance is gone. There is also a daily cap per user, which exists to stop one runaway script draining a month of budget in an afternoon.

What happens when I run out?

The AI features pause. Buy a top-up and they resume immediately, or wait for the monthly reset. Your saved quotes, documents and trackers are unaffected.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fee either way. Plans are monthly by default and you can stop at any time. Starter and Pro also offer an annual option at 25% off — paid upfront for the year, same features and allowance, just billed once instead of twelve times.

Can I use this instead of my CHA?

No, and you should not. ExportIQ produces indicative working figures that make you faster and better informed. Filing a shipping bill or bill of entry remains your CHA's job, and final assessment rests with Customs.

Do you offer white-label for CHAs?

That is on the roadmap for the Pro tier. Email us if you manage a client book and want to be part of the first cohort.
