Veloque is the technology brand of Chetty Exports Private Limited, a working export-import business in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu. ExportIQ started as the spreadsheets we used to price our own shipments.
Why we built it
Every exporter in India runs the same three problems. You are never quite certain the HS code is right. You quote a price before you have properly costed the freight, the bank spread and the incentives. And you discover what an import really cost only after the bill of entry is assessed.
We solved those for ourselves in Excel, badly, over several years. The workbooks worked but they were fragile: one wrong cell reference and a quote went out under-priced. The duty chain in particular is unforgiving — Social Welfare Surcharge sits on the aggregate of duties, not on Basic Duty alone, and getting that one detail wrong understates every landed cost you calculate.
ExportIQ is those workbooks, rebuilt properly, with an AI layer on the part that genuinely needs judgement — classification — and plain arithmetic everywhere else.

Pretend AI replaces your CHA
Classification output is a fast, well-reasoned first pass. A licensed customs broker files your shipping bill, and the assessing officer has the final word. Anyone selling you certainty here is selling you a liability.
Quote a number we cannot show our working for
Every figure comes with the build-up that produced it. If you cannot audit a number, you should not put it in a contract.
Hide what a feature costs to run
AI calls cost real money. We publish what counts as an AI action, what does not, and why the calculators are unmetered — they run no AI at all.
