Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 1 September 2026

In short: you can stop any time, you keep what you have already paid for, and if something went wrong we will sort it out.

Stopping a paid plan

Go to Team & billing and cancel. No email, no phone call, no one trying to talk you out of it. You keep full access until the end of the month (or year) you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Nothing you made is deleted. Your saved quotes, cost sheets, documents and company details stay in your account. The tools stop working until you pick a plan again — your data is still there waiting.

The 3-day free trial

The trial needs a card to start, and nothing is charged during the three days. On day 3 the trial turns into the Solo Exporter plan and your card is charged for the first month, unless you switch to the Free plan before then.

To avoid being charged, open Team & billing before the trial ends and choose the Free plan. That takes effect straight away and the card is never charged. If a trial charge slips through because you tried to switch and could not, write to us and we will refund it.

Refunds

A Credit is one AI answer — a product code lookup, a rules check for a country, a market shortlist or a problem diagnosis. Each one costs us money the moment you press the button, so Credits you have already used are not refundable.

Otherwise we keep it simple. We refund unused Credit packs, and the unused part of a per-person fee, when:

Email support@veloque.in with your invoice number. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid from — cards usually take 5–7 working days to show, UPI is quicker.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK

Veloque is sold for business use, so this usually will not apply to you. Where it does — because you bought otherwise than in the course of a business — you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason and without needing any of the grounds listed above.

Because the service starts working the moment you subscribe, you are asked to agree that it begins during those 14 days. You can still withdraw inside the window; we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the part of the period you actually had access to and for any Credits already used. Email support@veloque.in — no form and no particular wording is needed, and we do not ask you why. Nothing on this page removes a right your own consumer law gives you.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan is paid once for twelve months, at a lower rate than paying monthly. You can cancel it any time and it will not renew. If you cancel part-way through for one of the reasons above, we refund the whole months you have not used.

Before you call your bank

If a charge looks wrong, email us first. We can almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute, and a dispute freezes the account while it runs — which helps neither of us.

Tax on your invoice

If you are billed in rupees, prices are shown without GST and GST is added at checkout and listed separately on your invoice. Add your GSTIN under Team & billing before you pay and it appears on the invoice, so you can claim input credit. Refunds are worked out after the GST we have already paid to the government, as GST rules require.

If you are billed in any other currency — US dollars, euros, pounds or Canadian dollars — no Indian GST is charged at all, and the price you see is the price you pay. We are an Indian seller, so that is the only tax we are in a position to charge or collect. Any tax due in your own country on buying a service from abroad — reverse-charge VAT in the EU and the UK, or its local equivalent — is yours to account for; put your VAT or tax registration number under Team & billing and it appears on the invoice so your accountant has what they need.
