These use no AI, so they are unlimited. The cost calculators come with Solo Exporter, our cheapest paid plan. Document Studio and the Proceeds Tracker come with Trading Desk, the next one up. Live rates and product codes need no account at all; once you are signed in, each code draws one Credit from your monthly allowance.

The figures below are typical rates in India, where we are based. What your own consultant or customs agent charges will differ — the work being replaced is the same either way.

These are typical Indian rates for customs agents and consultants, and they vary a lot by port, product and relationship. Veloque gives working estimates — you still need a licensed customs agent to file.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Three days with everything unlocked, plus 10 Credits. We need a card but charge nothing during the trial. On day three it continues on Solo Exporter at ₹1,699 a person a month, unless you switch to the Free plan first — one click, any time, no charge. Your saved work stays either way.

What counts as a Credit?

One Credit is one AI answer: a product code, a country rules check, a Market Compass run or a Trade Doctor diagnosis. The cost calculators, the Clearance Builder, Document Studio and the Proceeds Tracker use none, because they run no AI. Asking the same thing twice is free, and a Trade Doctor request we cannot help with is refunded.

Do unused Credits carry over?

Plan Credits reset on the first of each month. Credits you buy never expire, and are used only once the monthly allowance is gone. There is also a daily limit per person, so nothing can burn a month of budget in one afternoon.

What happens when I run out?

The AI tools pause. Buy a Credits pack and they start again straight away, or wait for the monthly reset. Your saved quotes, documents and trackers are untouched.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No setup fee either way. Plans are monthly by default and you can stop at any time. Every paid plan also offers a yearly option — two months free, paid upfront, same features and allowance, billed once instead of twelve times.

Can this replace my customs agent?

No, and it should not. Veloque gives you working figures so you are faster and better informed. Filing the export or import declaration is still your customs agent's job, and Customs has the final say.

Can I put my own branding on this for my clients?

That is on the roadmap for the Full Operations plan. Email us if you handle a book of clients and want to be in the first group.
